Community Impact
In an ever-changing landscape for communities and the Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations who work with them, achieving our mission to help VCSEs and their communities be strong, connected and equitable has never been more important.
In 2024/25 we piloted and adapted innovative approaches, such as our Action Hampshire Way, to help resource and support VCSE organisations to themselves enable community-led action in the communities they know best, to contribute towards this aim.

Our first ever impact report
Throughout 2024 and 2025 we have been able to collaborate with extraordinary people on projects we are passionate about. We hope this passion is evident throughout our first ever Impact Report and that you enjoy reading about all the hard work undertaken by our staff, partners, local VCSEs and amazing communities.

We provide the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector in Hampshire with information and support, so they can do what they do best. With over 70 years experience supporting communities, organisations and individuals, we love the opportunity to provide support. We can support you with community-led initiatives, when working with communities, as a VCSE leader, for a VCSE organisation or purpose-driven business. As a Council for Voluntary Services, Rural Community Council, School for Social Entrepreneurs and VCSE infrastructure organisation, we have information about a wide range of topics. We provide consultancy, commissioned and grant-funded support.
