Our support for social enterprises

We support social entrepreneurs by helping them set up and grow their businesses. We share their goal of bringing about positive social and environmental change and help them to strengthen their commercial potential. Social enterprises address all kinds of issues and challenges in society – here are a few examples:

  • Tackling food waste
  • Supporting older people
  • Empowering survivors of trauma
  • Supporting people into employment and training

How we can help your organisation

We’ve run social enterprise training programmes since 2008. This training, support, and advice has enabled over 300 organisations to get up and running, through partnerships with the School for Social Entrepreneurs and Power to Change. Our corporate funding partners have included PwC, Lloyds Bank, the EU Interreg programme, Gentian, and Paris Smith.

Social entrepreneurs can access support, peer networking, information, and free or discounted events through our membership offer. Find out more about membership.
