True – 1  in 2 people diagnosed with cancer survive their disease for ten years or more – that’s thousands of people every year in England and Wales

Q3: How many different types of cancer are there? A. 53 B. Nearly 150 C. Over 200

Over 200! People are often surprised to find out that there are so many types of cancer and many of them have different signs, symptoms and treatments. What we would say is if something in your body doesn’t feel right, speak to your GP.
