What does a healthy diet mean if you eat a West African, East African Caribbean or Bengali diet?

The dietary advice we see in the UK is usually tailored towards a British diet. But what does a healthy meal look like for those who don’t eat this diet?

Providing information to support our smaller, underserved groups is a key part of our Communities Against Cancer project.

The project helps VCSE organisations in Dorset, Hampshire and IOW deliver cancer awareness in a way which resonates with your community. This could be through healthy eating workshops, well-being events, art classes, or story-telling sessions – to name but a few!

To find out more join one of our information workshops where you will discover other ways to reduce cancer risk and receive a grant to help your community stay healthy.
