This event will highlight the benefits and challenges of delivering affordable homes in rural areas. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to expand existing plans, this is the perfect opportunity to gain insight and make valuable connections. Join us on:

Tuesday 18 March, 10:00 – 11:30, followed by networking and refreshments at Curdrige Reading Rooms, Curdridge.

  • Building Site Tour – a guided tour of the building site, giving you a first hand look at how affordable housing is developed in a rural setting
  • Rural Housing Enabler-  hear insights into the process of delivering rural affordable housing
  • Hastoe – hear about how Hastoe is working to support rural housing development and how they work with parishes to deliver affordable homes
  • Parish Council – hear from a parish council representative about their experience with affordable housing delivery and its impact on the community
  • Landowner – an essential perspective on the role landowners play in making rural housing projects a reality
  • Q&A Session – get all your questions answered in an open forum with our panel of experts
  • Refreshments and Networking -stay after the event for light refreshments and an opportunity to network with fellow parish councils, developers, and stakeholders in rural housing
