This free in-person event is an opportunity to:

  • Learn how Rural Exception Sites can benefit your parish
  • Hear from experts and a parish council who’ve successfully delivered affordable homes
  • Understand the role of housing providers, National Parks, and local authorities
  • Ask questions and explore how we can support your community

Event details:

Thursday 18 September, 10:30 – 13:30 (arrival from 10:30, event starts at 11:00)
The Community Hub, Brockenhurst, New Forest
The main event will conclude at 12:30, followed by a free networking lunch

  • Q&A with a parish council who’ve completed a site
  • The role of registered housing providers
  • How National Parks and Local Authorities can work together

Action Hampshire is working with a national network of organisations to support the delivery of rural affordable housing. Our mission is to bring together communities, local authorities, and registered providers to deliver homes that meet local needs.
