Keeping rural affordable housing on the map
Over the last 20 years we have helped deliver over 500 new homes by bringing organisations, parish councillors and landowners together with the shared aim of creating vibrant villages. In line with Rural Housing Week in early September we dedicated our Connect newsletter to ‘all things rural housing’ and we have more Roots and Roofs events planned over the coming months. Our rural housing has created an impact
At the end of 2024-25, our rural housing enabling team had 17 schemes in its pipeline, engaging with 17 different parish councils across Hampshire and ultimately delivering at least 131 affordable homes.
