project manager -operational manager
  • Southampton, United Kingdom
  • January 8, 2026

With over 20 years of experience delivering complex programmes in health, social care, and housing, combined with extensive volunteering supporting people experiencing homelessness, I bring a unique blend of strategic leadership and frontline insight to this role.

Throughout my career, I have led initiatives that improve access and outcomes for vulnerable communities. As Care Act Project Manager for the London Borough of Wandsworth, I managed a £1.1m statutory implementation, aligning services with voluntary sector partners to strengthen safeguarding and person-centred care. At NHS England, I oversaw national programmes including the £800m Quality and Outcomes Framework, collaborating with government, academia, and VCSE organisations to deliver evidence-based policy changes. Earlier, as Project Manager for Hackney’s Service First programme, I directed housing and homelessness prevention initiatives, improving processes to reduce barriers for those at risk.

My commitment to social impact extends beyond professional roles. Volunteering with Crisis at Christmas, Salvation Army (NRM First Responder), and Southampton Action has deepened my understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness and reinforced my passion for creating sustainable solutions.

I recently relocated to Southampton and am seeking a role that allows me to contribute locally and make a positive impact within the community. While I’ve valued my experience with my current employer, I’m eager to find an opportunity that aligns with my commitment to supporting local initiatives and improving outcomes for people in need.
