Repair Cafés
Velmore Community Centre in Chandlers Ford has recently started hosting a repair café. It runs on the last Saturday of each month, from 10am to 1pm and you can bring clothing, computers, bikes, or electrical items in need of repair. There are Repair Cafés around the world, with plenty of support available if you want to start one up at your own centre / hall. Community RePaint
Another scheme helping to reduce the amount of resources we use is Community RePaint, available via this link, sponsored by Dulux. You can buy paint using this link to spruce up your community hall / centre or for use in smaller quantities at home, and you can also find out more about setting up a scheme to receive leftover paint using this link.
