The Dementia Care Hub is a Hampshire-based charity providing community-focused emotional and practical support for people living with dementia and their care partners so no-one has to face dementia alone.

We run hubs in Totton, Portchester and the Waterside. Each hub delivers weekly social groups and other activities for people living with and affected by dementia, alongside Wellbeing Activity Days which provide specialist person-centred support and valuable respite for carers.

In addition, we offer a hub support line, providing direct access to advice and guidance, wellbeing support calls a peer-led service offering regular check-ins for carers who need a listening ear, and carers’ support groups – both online and in-person.

Our work is grounded in evidence-based practice and focuses on reducing isolation, supporting emotional wellbeing and helping families navigate dementia with confidence.
