Inclusion Education are a charity providing specialist education support to young people with mental health and additional learning needs.

We have two dedicated sites - Inclusion School, an independent specialist school for learners from 11 -16 and Inclusion College, our post 16 provision in Hook.

All our services follow The Inclusion Way - our working framework which promotes a learner centred, trauma informed and PACE approach - placing mental health and well-being at the heart of the curriculum - building trusting relationships with learners and students to support their re-engagement with education.

This year we are launching a new service - Inclusion EB8 - which is a careers hub for our post 16 students, providing supported work experience and work skills as well as working with companies and organisations to promote neurodiversity in the work place.

We are also launching Project Iris - a suicide prevention programme of support and learning for young people experiencing suicidal ideation.

As mental health specialists we are also an inclusive and supportive employer, placing great importance on staff well-being and maintaining a good work life balance.
