We are currently offering members the opportunity to learn more about ‘coaching’ management. It’s a tried and tested style we’ve adopted at Action Hampshire so we’d like to offer our members a FREE Introduction to Coaching session to experience the benefits it could bring to their organisation.
This introductory training will provide you with a brief introduction to coaching and ways in which this approach could support your team and organisation. It is suitable for those who are new to coaching including leaders, managers and VCSE colleagues interested in finding out more.
The session will be delivered by Claire Vincent, our Interim Head of People who is an accredited Coaching for Performance coach and undertaking a Coaching Psychology Msc.

Keeping you connected
A key priority for us is connecting Hampshire’s VCSE organisations together, so we can learn from one another, support each other through the various challenges we might meet, and raise our collective voice more effectively.
If you join as a member you will be given access to Basecamp. We’ve set up a member-only online message board using the Basecamp platform. Through this you will be able to share ideas and resources with each other, ask for help with challenges you’re dealing with, and seek partners for collaborative work.
