Do you find it hard to relax sometimes? Have you been feeling low lately? Is it all the right service for you?

iTalk is the local talking therapy service for adults in Hampshire available on the NHS, run by Solent Mind and Southern Health NHS Trust in partnership.

iTalk help people improve their mental well-being – from being able to cope better with everyday stress to treatment for common mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, phobias, OCD and PTSD.

They have a range of services available for individual patients, plus free workplace sessions for non-profit organisations.

How do I access the service?
Choose from one of the following options to get started with our service:

  • Relaxation Skills: Our free class teaches simple but effective ways to calm your mind and body. Book on Eventbrite
  • Managing Moods: Our free 4-week course teaches ways to feel more like yourself again if you have been feeling down or overwhelmed. We cover things like getting your motivation back, problem-solving or managing your worries, and thinking more clearly. Book online by clicking “self-refer” at talk
  • SilverCloud: Our free online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy programme, is available 24-7 on any device, and enables you to work on your recovery conveniently and flexibly. Sign up for the Silvercloud programme using this link.

Following the assessment, your practitioner will discuss with you which next steps are likely to be most helpful for you.
