Girlguiding UK, as part of a worldwide Movement, enables girls and young women to fulfil their potential and to take an active and responsible role in society through its distinctive, stimulating and enjoyable programme of activities delivered by trained volunteer leaders.

Fleet Division has almost 600 Girls, and over 130 Adult Members actively participating. A key resource is our Guide and Community Hall, which was purpose-built in 2013 following extensive fund-raising, and is located on the edge of a site of importance for nature conservation. The Hall contains a main room accommodating up to 150 and two smaller activity/meeting rooms in addition to a fully equipped kitchen. It is designed to be fully accessible.

Nine units meet here regularly; in addition the Hall embraces a broad range of other Guiding activities.

We are keen that the Hall is also used widely by other non-commercial community organisations, and these currently include U3A Pilates and other groups, and Brendon Care. We are always willing to consider new users on a regular, occasional or one-off basis. Please email the bookings secretary via this link for more information.
