Join us for our next Annual General Meeting combined with the Hampshire Changemaker Awards, a special event to reflect, inspire, and celebrate.
This year, we’ll be shining a spotlight on Health Inequalities – showcasing the work we’ve achieved alongside our VCSE partners and celebrating the outstanding contributions of individuals making a real difference in our communities.
Over the past six years, Action Hampshire has worked with a wide range of VCSEs to raise awareness of cancer, particularly in seldom-heard communities. We’re now developing a new project to support people in quitting smoking, improving health outcomes across the county. We’re also proud to work with HIVCA – the Hampshire & IoW VCSE Health & Care Alliance – which is tackling inequalities in underserved communities.
The afternoon will feature:
