Over the past year we have been implementing a new impact measurement approach at Action Hampshire. This has allowed us to collect data to produce our first ever Impact Report! It’s so exciting to be able to see the difference we’re making as an organisation and have tangible evidence to share with our funders too.

We will also be using these insights to shape our projects and improve delivery, ensuring we’re an evidence-led organisation.

In an ever-changing landscape for communities and the VCSEs (Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise organisations) which work with them.  Our mission to support VCSEs and their communities to be strong, connected and equitable has never been more important.

In 2024/25 we piloted and adapted innovative approaches, such as ‘The Action Hampshire Way’, to help resource and support organisations to enable community-led action in the communities they know best.

Throughout 2024 and 2025 we have been able to collaborate with extraordinary people on projects we are passionate about. We hope this passion is evident throughout our first ever Impact Report and that you enjoy reading about all the hard work undertaken by our staff, partners, local VCSEs and amazing communities.
