Ivan, who joined the team earlier this year shares his views on Action Hampshire’s commitment to well-being.

He explains;

“One of the clearest aspects of Action Hampshire I came to realise since joining, and realised more as I settled in, is how big a priority staff well-being is, how seriously it is taken. Making people feel heard and valued is just one example of how the priority is implemented, but one that forms a big part of it, I think. Since joining I’ve been made to feel my ideas have value and are wanted, even as a new starter, and sometimes especially as a new starter! It took some adjusting to, after getting used to holding back ideas for fear they’d be dismissed or unwelcome, but it has been very refreshing to work for a team which encourages (and celebrates!) everyone’s input.”
