Action Hampshire AGM and Hampshire Changemakers Awards: “Healthy Futures – Celebrating those shaping a healthier Hampshire”

Join us on Thursday 29 January at Winchester Cathedral for an afternoon of inspiration, connection and celebration as we bring together our Annual General Meeting and the Hampshire Changemakers Awards 2026.

This year’s theme, Healthy Futures, is all about communities tackling health inequalities to provide a fairer more inclusive society across Hampshire.

We’d love for you to join us as we shine a light on the amazing volunteers and charities across the county and how Action Hampshire hopes to support the sector into the future.

  Hear first-hand stories from VCSE organisations who are tackling health inequalities and supporting wellbeing in the most challenging of times. These are real people, real projects and real impact.

  We’re delighted to welcome Shelley Howett, Funding Manager at the National Lottery Community Fund, who will speak about their focus on healthier communities, tackling inequality and supporting preventative approaches to wellbeing. Perfect timing with the upcoming NHS 10-Year Plan, this is a valuable opportunity to gain insight into what’s next for health and funding.
• Celebrate Hampshire’s Changemakers 
  Be part of an uplifting awards ceremony that recognises the inspiring individuals, organisations and businesses making Hampshire a healthier, fairer, and more inclusive place. Ten award categories, one room full of local heroes!
• Understand Action Hampshire’s vision for the future 
  Learn more about our work tackling health inequalities through the ‘Action Hampshire Way’, and how we’re supporting VCSE organisations who know their communities best to lead change.
• And yes… there will be cake. 
  Because what’s a celebration without coffee, cake and conversation?
