Action Hampshire is working in partnership with Healthwatch Hampshire to support their engagement about the needs, experiences and concerns of people who use health and social care services.
The project aims to collect stories and experiences about GP surgeries, dentists, pharmacies and all other health and social care services from VCSE organisations and their local communities.

Healthwatch Hampshire is an independent patient voice that shares people’s experiences of health and social care with those who run services to influence decisions and drive improvements. The more people share their experiences about the NHS and social care, the more services can understand what works, what doesn’t and what people want from care in the future.

- Influence small changes that make a big difference
- Uncover emerging issues
- Champion inequality
- Make recommendations that providers need to respond to
Funding and Resources for VCSE organisations
We are offering grants of £400 to community groups in Hampshire (excluding Portsmouth and Southampton) who can commit to collecting feedback from at least 15 people in their community about their experiences with health and social care.

After watching the video, organisations can apply for a £400 grant and get access to a Resources Toolkit to help them deliver messaging to their local community.
