There are two funding rounds per year:  1 April and 1 October

The Sasha Foundation offers small grants to support youth mental health projects in the UK and education/health programmes for young women overseas. Set up in memory of Sasha Love, who lived with Bipolar Disorder, the foundation supports charities that reflect her values and legacy.

Area of Interest:
The Sasha Foundation funds projects in two key areas:
Youth Mental Health (UK-based):
Support for young people experiencing issues such as depression, bipolar disorder, or drug-related mental health challenges.
Grants may support counselling, education, awareness campaigns or targeted support services.

Eligibility:
Organisations must be UK-based or have a UK contact address.
Projects must be charitable in law, even if the applying group is not a registered charity.
Applicants must show that at least 50% of project costs are already secured — Sasha Foundation will co-fund, not fully fund.
Grants of up to £10,000 are available.
