Invitation to Tender – Asylum Therapeutic Support Grant.  South East Strategic Partnership for Migration (SESPM) would like to call for submissions of tenders for grant funding to support SESPM in the delivery of direct stabilisation and therapeutic services for asylum-seeking adults experiencing distress. 

Please note that the funding available for this initiative is for the whole of the South East, the allocation of which will need to be spread throughout the region. You may also find it helpful to refer to the Home Office Asylum Mental Health and Wellbeing team pages on the Gov.UK website which describe their work and the background to the project.

Should your tender be accepted, a binding contract would be agreed between you and SESPM. If you would like an example of our contracts before submitting a tender, please contact us.

The contract will be for the period 1^st October 2025 to 31^st March 2026. You should note that this contract will be awarded on a firm price basis with no provision for prices to be reviewed.

Tenders must be sent electronically to Infosespm@secouncils.gov.uk and must be received by 23:59 on Friday 19 September 2025.  Late tenders will not be accepted, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your tender is received on time.  Any submitted tenders must be headed: Tender for SESPM Asylum Therapeutic Support Grant
