The Foundation is offering unrestricted grants of £75,000 over three years (£25,000 per year) to Deaf and Disabled People’s Organisations across England and Wales. It is expected that a total of 41 grants will be made.

This year’s programme is open to small and local registered charities, Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs) and Community Interest Companies (CICs) that are led by and working with Deaf and Disabled people who are experiencing poverty in England and Wales.

Organisations will work directly with Deaf and Disabled people over the long term to support them to have more choice and control over their lives, access their rights and entitlements and challenge the barriers they face, and their work will be based on the Social Model of Disability.
