Offering grants up to £1,000, this fund is open to not-for-profit, community, or charity groups in Winchester Town wards. In recognition of the cost-of-living impact on local organisations, WCC have temporarily relaxed the eligibility criteria and now you can include a proportion of the running costs in your applications.
