Active Communities Programme – Health Lottery South East (via the People’s Health Trust)

This programme is now open for applications for small and local projects, genuinely designed and run by local people. It offers funding of between £5,000 and £40,000 for projects lasting up to two years, focusing on Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hampshire.

More details:

  • This programme funds projects led by and for people most affected by health inequalities living in neighbourhoods experiencing the highest levels of disadvantage. This can be groups of people living very close to each other, or groups of people who have a shared identity or experience.
  • They invest in people with great ideas to create fairer places to grow, live, work and age. Health Lottery South East and the People’s Health Trust believe in funding ideas which are small and local and are genuinely designed and led by local people.
