Community Development on Rowner Estate Gosport: Evaluation

The Rowner Estate was the largest Ministry of Defense estate in the UK. Portsmouth Housing Association (PHA) has been the lead agency for a three-year community development project on the estate, funded through the Housing Corporation’s ‘Innovation and Good Practice’ (IGP) grant programme.
