We are delighted to announce that Palladium is officially the new sponsor of our Hampshire Changemakers Awards.

Palladium is an international development company and delivers multiple government contracts with ‘positive impact’ at the heart within the humanitarian and nature-based solution space.

Here in Hampshire the organisation has delivered a community based Home Office contract (the Refugee Employability Programme ) to support refugees with integration, ESOL and employment working with over 1200 people across the Southeast.

Currently Palladium are the Restart provider in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight – working with a team of about 45 to support people that have been out of work for six months or more back to good sustainable employment.

Becky Brocklehurst, Operations Director for Palladium said,Working alongside the amazing charities and organisations across the geography is key, supporting people to access that circle of support to ensure that Restart is a springboard for them as they move into work. We are a values driven team and it’s brilliant to be a small part of the Change Maker Awards, an opportunity to showcase the people and organisations going above and beyond within communities on a daily basis.”

We are thrilled that Palladium have chosen to sponsor our Changemaker awards and look forward to collaborating with them!
