It is with both gratitude and regret that we announce that, after almost three years of service at Action Hampshire, our CEO Leah Campbell has resigned from the organisation. Leah will remain in post for the next 5 months, during which we will recruit a new CEO to take the organisation forward.

During her time with the organisation, Leah led the organisation through a significant process of change, including restructuring our staff team, a pension restructure, making the move to remote working, introducing a variety of digital tools and automated processes, introducing coaching and strengths to the organisation, improving benefits for the staff team, and creating a culture of transparency and progression.

Leah says, “It has been an honour to lead the Action Hampshire team, and I’m so proud of the work we have done together. I know I am leaving the organisation in a much better place, and on the road to financial sustainability. I am looking forward to watching the team’s progress, as I move forward with plans to pursue self-employment, supporting fellow Neurodivergent people at work.”

Action Hampshire Chair Richard Barritt says, ” Over the last 2 and a half years Leah has responded to all the challenges that have come our way at Action Hampshire with clarity, courage and determination. She has set us on a path to a sustainable future, still firmly rooted in the values of community and inclusivity, and we are grateful for everything she has achieved. The Trustees have accepted her resignation with regret, and we wish her every success in her new ventures. “

The Board is commencing a process to identify next steps and look forward to announcing Leah’s replacement in due course.

Sincerely,

The Action Hampshire Board
