2025/2026 was the second year Action Hampshire implemented our new impact measurement approach. Data shows that we have engaged 450 VCFSE organisations, who in turn have supported over 6000 people as part of an Action Hampshire project. We’ve provided over £210K in grant funding to 200 VCFSEs and delivered a whopping 161 events!

As well as achieving a large-scale reach across Hampshire and beyond, our work is having an important impact on VCFSEs, their communities, and wider sectors too. Analysis of data collected across our projects reveals key themes that evidence how we are delivering our mission and as a result making progress towards our intended outcomes. Feeling heard, having partnership building and networking opportunities, being supported to take a proactive approach to health and wellbeing, and increasing understanding of local issues were all highlighted as key outcomes Action Hampshire achieved in the 2025/2026 period. As well as celebrating our achievements, the creation of our Impact Report 2025/2026 will support us to continue to shape our projects and improve delivery, ensuring we’re an evidence-led organisation.

Throughout 2025 and 2026 we have been able to collaborate with extraordinary people on projects we are passionate about. We hope this passion is evident throughout the project case studies in our Impact Report and that you enjoy reading about all the hard work undertaken by our staff, partners, local VCSEs and amazing communities.

Our Impact Report 2025/2026 was created as part of our National Lottery Community Fund work, and we want to share everything we’ve learned during this creation process with you! We are currently developing an Impact Measurement training programme, which will cover everything from developing outcomes, to communicating your impact. The training will be available to book on to in early 2027, so sign-up to our newsletter to be the first to hear when places are available and take part in our co-design survey to shape what this training looks like!
