The Hampshire Changemakers Awards 2027
The Hampshire Changemakers Awards returns for another year to celebrate the incredible individuals, organisations, and businesses making a positive impact to Hampshire communities.
Since launching in 2024, The Hampshire Changemakers Awards has received hundreds of nominations from individuals, organisations, and businesses, all with inspiring, moving, and empowering stories to tell from across Hampshire communities. In 2027, we are excited to shine the spotlight on another fantastic group of Changemakers and showcasing the work they do to make Hampshire a better place to live for all.
What are we celebrating?
This year, we’re inviting you to nominate individuals, charity and volunteer organisations, and local businesses you’d like to recognise for their outstanding achievements across a wide range of categories, including:

By recognising and celebrating these initiatives, the Hampshire Changemakers Awards aim to inspire and motivate others while fostering a spirit of collaboration and dedication to community service.
What are the Changemakers Award categories?
- Healthy Futures Award
Recognising those who are helping to turn the vision of healthier lives or communities into reality through prevention, innovation and community action. - Community Project of the Year
Honouring a project that has made a significant positive impact on the local community - Youth Leader Award
Recognising a young person who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and initiative in community service - Environmental Sustainability Award
Highlighting efforts towards eco-friendly and sustainable initiatives - Wellbeing Champion
Recognising those dedicated to promoting mental health and overall community wellbeing - Inclusion Equity and Diversity Award
Honouring contributions to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and diverse community - Innovation in Community Partnership and Development Award
Celebrating exceptional creativity and collaboration in addressing community needs - Heart of the Community Award
This award honours an individual whose dedication, compassion, and commitment to volunteering and charitable causes have created lasting positive change and inspired others, making their community a better place for all. - Lived Experience Leader Award
Recognising those who turn personal challenges into positive change. - Business Excellence in the Community Award
Celebrating businesses excelling in Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives

We’re currently inviting values-aligned organisations to partner with us by sponsoring The Hampshire Changemakers Awards. This is a unique opportunity to visibly champion local leadership and social impact across Hampshire.
Category sponsorship includes:
