We undertake a variety of research projects to improve understanding of the sector and the communities we serve.
Our extensive networks mean we can engage with people that others often struggle to reach, including people experiencing physical and mental ill health, BAME (Black, Asian and Ethnic Minorities) communities and young people.
Our expertise
We use a range of techniques, from traditional focus groups and surveys to peer research and co-production, with a particular interest in Community-Based Participatory Action Research (find out more about Participatory Action Research via this link). We tailor and adapt our approach depending on the desired outcome, but always try to ensure that it is interesting, engaging and beneficial for participants.
