Emma is a qualified teacher, SENCo, and headteacher with over 20 years of experience across a wide range of educational settings, including mainstream schools, SEMH provisions, PRUs, and special education. She brings extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of inclusive practice.

Lizzie is a therapist (BSc) and a parent of two adults with additional needs. She offers both professional expertise and lived experience, giving her a strong, empathetic perspective on supporting individuals with diverse learning profiles.

Together, they are passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals with learning differences. Their approach focuses on adapting environments, strategies, and expectations to meet the needs of the individual—rather than expecting individuals to fit a rigid system.
