Winchester Housing Trust is an independent Charity and a Limited Company set up in 1987 to provide affordable housing in the Winchester District and surrounding areas.

We work very closely with Winchester City Council and other local authorities and ensure that all of our rented properties are allocated via nominations from those individuals and families that apply through the housing register.
