Valley Leisure is a small charity with a committed team full of big ambitions to help people move more and feel better.

Moving more and spending less time sitting serves to defend against ill-health. Doctors and medical scientists tell us that physical activity is the closest thing we have to a magic pill, as it will improve almost any clinical condition. It is never too late to start getting active as research has shown that people of all ages can improve their health and quality of life by increasing their physical activity.

To help people increase their activity levels, the charity operates two service facilities in Andover, Hampshire – Riverside Bowl and I Can Therapy Centre. Following Covid-19 and the subsequent challenge to usual business operation, the charity is boldly launching an online health and wellness subscription service.
